Pan coater - BG serious high effciency coating machine is mainly used in industry as pharmaceutical, biology, food, etc. totally conform with GMP requirements. it is used for organic film coating, sustained-release and controled-release coating, sugar coating. It easy to operate.
working principle:
The pre-loaded tablets run in a complicated track in the clean and closed pan. Druing the process film medium is everly sprayed by spraying gun on the tablet surface. Filtered an clean air supplied by the hot air cabinet passess through the pre-loaded tablet bed and the coating film on the surface can be quickly dried.
Main features:
-The coating process is done in a total contained way, avoiding contamination and complying with CMP standards.
-Coating medium spraying, drying and exhausting can be carried out simultaneously for film coating in one container, so efficiency is highly increased.
-Auto loading and unloading of tablets.
-With the adoption of specially designed spray gun, the smoothness of product surface and coating quality are improved.
-Every system of the machine can be controlled by computer, set process parameter according to the process.
